The FlySmart Aircraft Fractional Program was created primarily out of passion for aviation and the desire to create interesting and innovative projects. Our team consists of people with extensive aviation and business experience, whose world revolves around flying. In line with our mission, we want to provide our partners and program participants with solutions that will allow them to discover the beauty of flying, experience the benefits of having their own plane, and perhaps in some of them instill a passion for aviation.
Each member of our team brings invaluable value to the Program. Together we complement each other, motivate and support each other to give our clients the best. Honesty, loyalty and respect are the features that guide us every day in life and in business.

Kamil, leader of our team, is an active airline and corporate pilot with over 8,000 hours on many types of aircraft. Graduate of MBA in Aviation studies. He has been associated with aviation for over 15 years. He comes from Dęblin - the home of the best Polish pilots. He has extensive business experience, including: in the key accounts department of Centertel, Orange Polska and many of my own business projects. Privately, after hours, he loves road biking, sailing and aerial photography
